For more than 20 years as a Managerial Level (General Manager Assembly and SM/TP Manufacturing), in PT. Yoshikawa Electronics Bintan (Semiconductor) as Japanese company; and also as a Management of core team for setting up ISO 9001: 2015 (new version) and ISO 14001: 2015 in PT. Yoshikawa Electronics Bintan.
For 5 years as a Parts Quality Assurance Engineer in PT. Sony Electronics Indonesia ‒ BEKASI (Audio Assembly Manufacturing).
For 2 years as Metallurgy and QC Technician in PT. Cold Rolling Mill Indonesia Utama ‒ CILEGON, Steel Production

July 1997 to Dec 1997 (6 months) , Aneldy was getting training in Japan, such as Manufacturing Assembly and Test Process; May 2000: Manufacturing Assembly for AKM Product, Manufacturing Assembly and Test for LED Product, by Yoshikawa Semiconductor Co. Ltd. Miyazaki ‒ Japan.
Aneldy was getting training also for several subject, such as:

Until February 2020, Aneldy has been working more than 25 years, in which Aneldy is as a core-team to set up Management System (ISO-14001, ISO-9001, ISO/TS 16949) Semiconductor company (PT.Yoshikawa Electronics Bintan) as Certified by BVQI, Bristish England; then it was certified by TUV (German).
Since 1989 until February 2020; Aneldy had experienced and implemented Management System for several companies, such as PT. Cold Rolling Mill Indonesia Utama ‒ CILEGON Steel Production; PT.
