Erjon is Managing Partner of CV. Erjon was graduated by Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Medan (S1-Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin)- five years program); and he was certified with achievement Distinction in The Business English and Business Management-S2 Level by Business Training Limited (for two years program accredited by the CACC-Council for the Accreditation of Correspondence Colleges, England); certified for QA/QC, Engineering by YSC ‒ Japan (six months program in Japan); The best graduation S2-Master of Management (MM), Master of Business Administration (MBA) from International University- [Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB)], Manajemen with Cum-Laude (GPA: 3,92 of 4 scale), for two years program.
WORKING EXPERIENCES
Erjon has been working for more than 25 years in Manufacturing Foreign Company, such as:
- For 10 years as a Managerial Level (Senior Manager to handle Production, Process Engineering and Maintenance; QA/QC Manager) in PT. Yoshikawa Electronics Bintan (Semiconductor) as Japanese company.
- For 5 years as a Process Engineering Manager and OHSAS (Health and Safety) Manager in PT. Thomson Batam/ Nutune (Tuner) as France company.
- On Certain period as a Total Quality Management –TQM Principal and Production Manager on PT. Citra Tubindo (Piping for oil and gas company) as join venture Indonesian and France company.
- On Certain period as a Production Manager on PT. Cicor Panatec (as Switzerland company) ,
- For more than 4 years (until now) as Management Consultant in Klinik Medilab
- For 2 years as a Manufacturing Engineer in PT. Quantum (Hard Disc Computer) as American company.
- For 1 years as a Production Supervisor in PT. Kyocera Batam (Thermal Printer Head) as Japanese company

- Set up and upgraded ISO 13485 (2016 as new version) in PT. Sansyu Precision Batam.
- Since more than 11 years ago, Erjon as a Management Consultant and Trainer of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 13485, ISO/ TS 16949, ISO 45001, Systematic Problem Solving, Leadership, SPC, FMEA, APQP, QCC, Six Sigma Methodology, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, PPAP, MSA, SPSS, Minitab for Quality, etc., Erjon has been serving many companies with different business scope (such as : electronics manufacturing, fabrication, ship building, clinic, garment, etc); and different countries as an owner (such as Indonesian, Japanese, American, Australian, Germany, Switzerland, China, Singaporean), refer to "Our Customer List" as described below.
TRAINING/COURSE/CONFERENCE
- July 1997 to Dec 1997, Erjon was getting training in Japan, such as Assembly and Test process of Semiconductor company, Quality Improvement System, Cleanliness 5S Implementation, Systematic Problem Solving Process, Quality Control Circle and 5x Why concept.
- June 2001, Erjon was getting training in OKI Thailand, such as Preventive Action for Quality Trouble by implementing new concept of Quality Improvement as Equipment QC; and doing Bench Marking of Manufacturing production performance.
- For several period (in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia), he has gotten training and certified, such as: ISO-14000, OHSAS, ISO-9001, ISO/TS 16949, Systematic Problem Solving Process, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Management Supervisory, Decision Analysis, GD&T, Just In Time (JIT), Total Productivity Management (TPM), etc.
SUBJECT IMPLEMENTATION
- Until Sept 2018, Erjon has been working more than 24 years, in which Erjon is as a core-team to set up Management System (ISO-14001, ISO-9001, ISO/TS 16949) Semiconductor company (PT.Yoshikawa Electronics Bintan) as Certified by BVQI, Bristish England; then it was certified by TUV (German).
- Since Aug 2007 until Sept 2018 (more than 10 years ), Erjon (as Trainer and Consultant) has supported several companies to prepare and improvement Management System, then the companies already certified by several Certification Body , such as: (a). TUV, German; (b). SGS, Singapore; (c). ACM, United Kingdom; (d). ACS, United Kingdom; (e). Lloid, Netherland, (e). BVQI, United Kingdom, (f). RINA (Italian Certification Body), (g).
